Store Policies

Below are the Generation T Store Policies for online orders. 


We cannot guarantee orders will arrive by Christmas in the USA after December 1st.  While many orders will still arrive if placed after December 1st, we cannot guarantee.  If placing after that date please be prepared for the order to not arrive in time.  Due to most items being made on demand, orders cannot be cancelled when placed and usually the shipping cannot be changed.  

 Credit Cards  

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express  and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or our system will decline the payment. We also accept Paypal.  We reserve the right to ask for additional verification if a fraud alert is triggered on your order.


Multiple Product Orders  

For an order with multiple products, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time and will hold all items until the entire order is ready to ship.  You will only be charged for products that ship to you, plus any applicable shipping charges. Any unavailable items will be refunded at shipping.  You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.  If for some reason an item becomes unavailable to ship it will be removed from the order and the remainder of the order will ship.  Please keep this in mind when you place the order.

Order Time Frames and Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your products as they become available. Many products ship the same day or next day.  Some products can take up to 20 business days to ship out.  We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and on holidays so keep this in mind in factoring in potential order time frames.  However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. The best way to know when an order should ship is to email us or contact us via live chat before you place your order.  


We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but can definitely inform you of likely date of arrival if you contact us before you place the order.   Most of our orders ship out via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and USPS First Class when shipping out of the country.  We do ship worldwide.  Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Generation T site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Generation T site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.


Returns / Cancellation / Refunds

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective for 14 days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of receipt.  We will also accept merchandise that was not to your liking or did not fit providing it is received within 14 days from the date you received it with the exception of any DTG item.   All returns are for store credit only.  We do not issue refunds. Some products such as embroidered products and DTG products are non returnable.  Please contact us first for a Return Authorization Code so we can set up the return for you.  We do not pay for return postage back to us unless we sent you the wrong item or it was damaged.  

Important - Please read - DTG Items - Many of our products are direct to garment products (i.e. custom made).  What this means is that when you place the order for these items, the item is then created for you at which point our printer charges us.  .  Products that are direct to garment will show a DTG label in the product description.  

When we say Generstion T makes everything 100% custom on direct to garment items we really mean it – each item is custom made. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, spelling, color variations or if you simply do not like the product.  If any item is defective we will reship another that is not defective.  If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you get what you want.  Please keep this in mind as these items cannot be returned.  Any sales for custom made products/orders are final.  They cannot be cancelled or returned.
